Sketch Comedy Camp for Middlers and Teens ages 11-18 – 1 week
July  24-28, 2023

Put your comic ideas up on their feet! Dive into writing comedy sketches and polish them until they are hilarious. As writers you will learn how to create comic situations and how to write for actors. As actors you will take your scenes and act them out with costumes and props. Develop your comic timing and prime yourself to set up and take down jokes. Get ready to have a ton of fun making an audience laugh. There will be a performance on July 28th at 7PM.

Crash Course in Comedy (Middlers & Teens 11-18 yrs.) – 1 week
July 31 – August 4

Get intensive training in improvisation and sketch comedy. Learn to say ‘yes’ to what is offered and find the humor in everyday situations and bizarre ones, too. Act 1 of our show will feature sketch comedy from Monty Python, Upright Citizens Brigade, the Reduced Shakespeare Company and/or Saturday Night Live and original sketches. Act 2 will be our version of the popular TV show, Whose Line is it Anyway? There will be a performance on August 4th at 7 PM.
